

1. The resort itself is huge where you can walk from the lobby to the beach in more than 10 mins (600m). 2. The resort is squeaky clean, wherever you walk you'll find somebody who's wiping or cleaning (I only saw 1 fly during my 5 days stay which is unbelievable). 3. One of the top 5 hotels in hurghada regarding food taste, quality and variaty. Other than the open buffet restaurant, you also have 4 restaurants in Mamlouk resort and access to additional 4 restaurants in sunrise gardens resort which is next door (free in all inclusive - needs reservation). The resort also has 3 snacks restaurant during the day and several bars. 4. Amazing Pools covering a large area with variable depths from 16cm to 160cm, with a small water aqua area and pool water boat rides at nights.Also the beach is huge and full of facilities around you. The beach is not 100% sandy but doesn't need a sea shoe. 5. The staff is very helpful and special thanks to Zizo from guest relations for making sure we had an unforgettable experience. 6. Rooms are nice and comfy. the resort has around 16 buildings, each building has 3 floors (Ground, First and Second) and each floor has 8 rooms. Ground floor rooms lacks privacy but have easy access, first and second floors have amazing views but no elevators. 7. One of the best animation teams in hurghada with lots of activities during the day and daily shows every night that keeps you entertained.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Mamlouk Hurghada, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Fadia, our booking ambassador, who was incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was seamless. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the following staff members for their excellent service: Alaa Khaled Abdelrahman Saber Sherief Salem Ahmed Salah Mohamed El Soghayar Mostafa Abdou Mr. Mahmoud Adawy Ahmed Zaky Each of them went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their commitment to excellence is commendable. The hotel itself was perfect in every way. The facilities were immaculate, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was delightful. Everything was amazing, Food all excellent, thank you chef sherif. Hotel was immaculate including all the communal toilets. Managers all friendly, regular calls to the room to see if we needed anything. Especially Mohamed Moustafa who kept in touch throughout our trip and could not do enough to help us. Entertainment team kept us entertained with colour, foam and pool parties, dance lessons and aerobics etc, all very friendly and helpful. Lifeguards always on the alert to help where needed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. An example was my husband was taken poorly. The room boy noticed he wasn't up and about and unwell, and the manager rang us to see how he could help. Then Asmaa from Guest relations got in touch, she went over and above to offer any help with my husband Alan, provisions were sent to the room. We were given longer check out time and then extra at discount which made the whole process less stressful and meant Alan was well enough to travel. I wish I knew all the names as every member of staff was incredible, so apologies any names i have missed off, especially Mahmoud who kept our room spotless in block 26 and also the pool staff Abdol and his team, who made our 40th wedding anniversary celebrations the best we could hope for. Along with the Asian restaurant and the Italian, we were totally spoilt. Also Ishmael a lifeguard on the beach, has become a friend and we love getting to know about him and his family, as we do with all the staff. And not forgetting the gardeners who keep the gardens immaculate and always have a smile, even the when maintenance was carried out the men were friendly and worked hard in the heat with no disruption to our enjoyment.

Everything. The hotel is very well organised. The staff is very friendly and helpful, service is impeccable. Food is plentiful and very varied. We had an executive suite near the beach. It was very large and clean, and had a wonderful balcony with a perfect view of the beach and sea. The bathroom was roomy and had a jacuzzi bath/shower, We never used the jacuzzi option though. Everything outside was kept very clean and the garden landscaping is awesome. Some of the pools are heated which was great this early in the year. Tippy-toe test before going in! The non-heated ones are definitely chilly in February! :-) Tips: * If you stay in the suite, you can have à la carte breakfast in the Italian Restaurant every morning. During high season this is a definitive boon since it allows you to escape the breakfast crowds in the main restaurant * If you stay in a suite you also will have a parasol and lounges reserved for you at all times, on the beach, near the water. Ask one of the friendly beach attendants to guide you to your lounges on the first day. It will be yours for the rest of your stay :-) * If you need a taxi don't go outside the hotel to reserve one! Reserve a taxi IN the hotel, it is safer and less hassle. Don't accept offers from taxidrivers outside the hotel. They nearly always will try to scam you. If they offer to drive you to a shopping mall for 1 euro, DON'T! They will indeed drive you to a mall where they get a commission on your purchases, but when your taxi driver returns you to the hotel he will ask considerably more than 1 euro. We negociated it back down to a reasonable price, which involved grumbling on the part of the taxi driver but don't be intimidated into paying outrageous prices if you find yourself in a similar situation. * There are ATM machines in the entrance lobby of the hotel. You can only withdraw Egyptian pounds though, If you need Euros, you will have to take a taxi to Hurghada and go to the National...

We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The beautiful sandy beach, stunning landscape design, and wonderful atmosphere and vibes made for a perfect getaway. Our room and all facilities were spotlessly clean, and the buffet offered a tasty and varied selection of food. The staff were all kind, helpful, and attentive, with a special thank you to Zizo for his warm welcome and for contacting us prior to our arrival to assist with our requirements. The smooth and fast check-in and check-out process was also greatly appreciated. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning.

It is very clean and the swimming pool is stunning. We had to use the clinic for me and my son, and we found a great doctor and a good service! The food is excellent!
